Sridhar Chandrasekaran: I read, honor life coach bloggers. My goal is to encourage every life coach blogger to blog effectively. I am a post graduate and a passionate corporate trainer with 10 plus years of facilitating soft-skills, behavioral skills and management skills for various IT and ITES companies and training institutions. I have been designing and facilitating training programs for 3000 plus business associates at Robert Bosch since 2008. Programs include Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, behavioral, presentation skills, oral and written communication skills, college to company transition, corporate etiquette, art of questioning, corporate values, General induction, performance appraisal awareness programs, and out bound team building programs and mid-level management programs like feedback essentials programs for professionals like engineers, managers, leaders and corporate executives. Participants come from both operations(delivery) and corporate functions of entry, mid and higher mid levels of hierarchies and functions such as entry level engineers, team leaders, quality managers, human resource executives, purchase team, finance and sales team.
